Attorney Nicholas H. Obolensky is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was named to the Golden Key honor society and received the Art Keene Student Leadership Award. Attorney Obolensky received his juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law and a master degree in marine affairs from the University of Rhode Island. During law school, Attorney Obolensky continued operating his seafood trading company, Nobol Trading International, interned at the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management for Superior Court judges in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He was the vice president of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Roger Williams University Law Review, and Environmental Moot Court.

Attorney Obolensky is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has been assisting clients in both states since 2012. He has served as a board member for the Center for Mediation and Collaboration Rhode Island for five years and served as Board President from 2018-2021.  Attorney Obolensky handles complex cases in areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury law, civil litigation, and business organization law. Attorney Obolensky has extensive experience in cannabis industry law assisting clients through the licensing process and meeting all of their business needs.
